The Parma Hotel & Spa Taksim

Super clean, attentive and kind staff and the amazing breakfast were the top three things that thrilled me. I felt like a king. The concierge was helpful and communicated promptly with me regarding specific check in requests. We really enjoyed the spa.

All staff are very friendly, i always stay at the parma hotel when i visit Istanbul because the cleanliness and how close to Taksim Road

The location is close but it is very noisy, the windows are not sound proof and at night you can hear so much noise from outside

I would recommend smoke detectors because there was people smoking in the hotel and as someone with allergies it bothered when I was trying to sleep.

Great stay ! The location was perfect, in the middle of Taksim (2 minutes by walking to Taksim square) so close to everything I needed. The room was spacious, new, and very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall, it was not a hotel to stay. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone to stay. The hotel was very old.dirty carpets with no renovation , you smell cigarettes all over the places, even in the rooms. Cigarette scent was inside carpet, curtain and..... it shows 4 stars in booking.com. However, it was not even 2 stars. The breakfast buffet was so cheap..the windows were not double layers, and since the hotel was located in the heart of a crowded place, you couldn't sleep because of crowd noise. I asked to change my room because of a ciggarrett smell and they didn't. The staff tried to be nice but hardly communicated in english. It's ridiculous for a hotel that tourists have a hard time communicating with staff. Overall. It's not worth the amount you pay and so expensive with this service.

The hotel was very good. It was clean, the staff were nice, and the location was great. I really liked my stay.

The Wi-Fi signal in my room was very weak, so I couldn’t use the internet properly and had to rely on my mobile data. Also, the breakfast needs more variety.

The staff were excellent in all areas. We spent 5 nights at the hotel, the daily breakfast was fine and the restaurant staff were very helpful. The reception staff and concierge crew were very effective whilst also being helpful and attentive. Housekeeping staff had our room looking great each day. The hotel is in a great location for tourists.

The staff was very friendly and helpful especially their their bellboy Kumran was a gem! Always ready to help us - he’d appear like magic while we’d be fumbling for our room cards (which happened more than I care to remember), ready to give a hand with the shopping bags, available to give directions, call a taxi - I could go on and on! Zubaida the cleaning lady was also great - tidied up our rooms immaculately! Location, service, price, amenities, hygiene everything was super! Over all great experience!

Exceptional breakfast and extremely polite staff. And a very clean hotel. That's all I needed for a 10/10 rating.

Spa doesn't have any facilities and is very old.

Location was fantastic. Staff was very helpful. It was very clean , especially I liked second floors cleaning service , I would separate always smiling Aynor , who is the professional of her job and always tried to do her best. There was a wide selection of delicious dishes at breakfast. Next stay will be definitely at The Parma Hotel and Spa Taksim

The room is big comfortable the staff all are nice specially zubeyda was very helpful ,nice and welcoming .the location is silent place near taksim meydan and metro

the location of the hotel is very close to Taksim square and estiklal street

the fitness hall is opening only at 10 morning where we start our tours at 8so its too late to practice sports at 10

Friendly staff and reception with quick check in and out , spacious rooms and bathrooms with clean bed and clean bathroom and plenty of towels and great shower; plus free coffee and water and refrigerator in the room, delicious food and variety of food in free breakfast, great location close to taksim square with lots of shopping and restaurants walking distance, safe place Day and night ; for sure I will be back for pleasure with my family. Also house keeping people were nice and professional, Mrs. Yasmin house keeper was very professional and helpful and did good job special thanks to her and to receptions staff in the parma hotel and spa taksim .

Just need rail at the ramp main entrance to the hotel for those special needs people who can’t use stairs.
